Log into your SYB account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a printable return authorization form.
Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn items back into their original packaging along with the completed return form to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
